Awsome... I've got several long guns on my get list. Need to get working on that.
My favorite range has banned anything .30 cal and up, though. Legal wrangling by a city that wants them gone. I'm to the point now where I'm going to have to explore shooting venues less convenient to me.
I'll put in a good word with Santa for ya Inno. You have been a very good boy this year!
I love mine NFO and with some prodding by Murphy's Law I'm actually taking it out and shooting it regularly now. It reinforces my spiritual connection to those veterans who came before me.

Two of my favorites, right there. Come the Obamavolution, we'll seriously have to link up.

Mine too ML. Absolutely, especially seeing as you have have that Pig :)
That sucks Paladin. I hope you find a good place. Luckily my range is totally open and nary a rangemaster in sight!
I've never had an M1A but I really want one. So, Santa, don't listen to the news reports - I've been good. Really good. Trust me.
My old 03 is getting pretty sloppy. It has burped hot gases in my face a couple times, so it is semi-retired.
I 'really' need to get a good 03-A3... sigh

Here's mine
- it is a wonderful thing to have the historical connection...the old gal still shoots pretty good, too. (grin)
I shoot both my M-1s much to the horror of some folks, but I don't believe in safe queens!!!
She's beautiful Scott!
I'm with you NFO. If I own it you can bet I'm shooting it!
