(Warning: NOT Mint Chip!  This is Pistachio, and while tasty, will be an extremely odd flavor when expecting mint.)

I have a serious sweet tooth, and my favorite is ice cream, and especially mint chip.  I've been living in a country with NO MINT CHIP ice cream for 3 YEARS!  I'm thankful that I'll soon be on my own shores, delighting in minty creamy goodness.
